This was some years back.
We were saddened to see that we could not get a beautiful shot of
this lighthouse. It had been covered with graffitti and the
Coast Guard was preparing it to be repainted.

Now
it looks much better. We went to the Great Lakes
Lighthouse Festival in Alpena MI in Oct. 2002, then went to
reshoot a few lighthouses, including this one. |
