PR4.  Punta Mulas Lighthouse, Puerto Rico

Puntas Mulas Lighthouse is on Vieques, but nowhere near the bombing range.  It is in the village. We flew a short hop on a commercial flight from Culebra, and took a cab to the lighthouse.  This lighthouse is cared for and is open to the public.
