Also known as "Old Michigan City"

This lighthouse is no longer an active aid
to navigation and now
serves as a museum
that is open to the public. We got there
right
at closing time: 4pm, I believe, but the lady,
who was
locking up, was nice enough to let
us come in and shoot our photos.
We returned Oct. 2002 and shot several more
photos.
To get a good photo of the front of the
building, you need to get
there in the morning.
We did not, either time we went.
