In Oct. of 2005,
we took a cruise in the San Juan Island
on the Schooner Zodiac. We were able
to fulfill one of my long time wishes,
to get ashore on Patos Island.
Below are four of
the newer photos.
When we went to Patos Island on the
Zodiac, the crew put Bob and me
onshore first to take photos without
people. I rushed ahead, taking my
photos and finally realized Bob was
not behind me. Then I heard the voices
of folks who had come ashore on the
next boat. I said "where's Bob"?
They said he fell into a bramble patch
and couldn't get up. It took two guys to
untangle him. So, good memories,
funny memories. Nothing was hurt
but his dignity.
