St. Peter's Harbour Light is very
isolated
and takes a bit of effort to find it.
It was once a bustling seaport. In this photo
and the one below, you can see the remnants
of the old pier.

This is a very beautiful area of
beach
and dunes. You can imagine yourself
well away from civilization.

I had a hard time climbing the dunes.
(two bad knees)
Carol Livingstone helped drag me up and
told me I could slide down on my.... behind.

I hated to
leave, but as you can see, the sun was
going down and we didn't want to be
lost back on country roads after dark.)
