This lighthouse took over when Cedar Point
was discontinued. It was there until the
mid 1990s when we photographed it.
It has since been destroyed and a modern
tower taken its place. It was known as the
Sandusky Harbor Breakwater.

This lighthouse was
discontinued many years ago
and left to disintegrate. The Lantern Room and
lens were long gone. It was purchased by the
Cedar Point Amusement Park, and restored as the
centerpiece of a village of rental cottages.
