Goat Island Maine
is famous for being near
President George Bush's Kennebunkport home.
It was often shown in newscasts while he was in office.
We hired a lobsterman out of Cape Porpoise to take us
out there to
photograph it from his boat. While we were
at the docks at
Cape Porpoise, I fell over a metal
protrusion in the street and
sprained my ankle.
It was pretty painful, but I would never
let anything less
than a break stop me from photographing
lighthouses.
